When we play, we are absorbed, we are in the moment. Play opens up new horizons, helps us to innovate and dream. Play helps us to remember who we truly are.

Play is so many things - curiosity, imagination, courage and connection. We love this exploration of all its many facets here in the CounterPlay Manifesto.

We humans are hard-wired to play throughout our lives, yet as adults in this busy world we can find it difficult to let ourselves play for play's sake.

Our workshops are fun, supportive spaces in which we make it easy for you to be playful again, as much or as little as feels right for you.
